Mastermind

Jason Wyngarde-Stryker, codenamed Mastermind, is a mutant who can create illusions in peoples mind and can also brainwash them. He later becomes a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants after getting subjected to genetic enhancements conducted on him by HYDRA while he was trapped in their custody.
